After more than a decade in marketing, I've found my lane: the part of the customer journey that most teams overlook. I started at Nike Colombia designing in-store experiences and brand campaigns, then moved into digital marketing and CRM — first at HelloPrint, where I built lifecycle programs across international markets, and now at Lodgify, where I lead automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and end-to-end campaign management. I created Lifecycle Mag because I believe the most impactful marketing happens after the first conversion — and I wanted a space to share those strategies with the community.
